Does the the PC version of Batman Arkham knight was really bad?

People has been complaining about the PC version of Batman Arkham Knight. They have complaint about texture pooping and one of the top problem is game is running at 30 FPS even you are playing your game on Nvidia GTX TITAN, INTEL Core i7 with 8 GB RAM. It doesn't matter what your PC is compatible of this game is going to run at 30 FPS (Frame rates per second). I have been following the Batman Arkham series since it was born and never saw this kind of problem in any game they launch. So, Rocksteady confirm that they have been working on the problem and will release the patch soon for the PC Version. I don't know how the gaming industry run's now but they should be careful about the launch. It doesn't make sense that people pay for their game and it's not working properly.
[Developer] Rocksteady is leading our team of developers and partners as we work on the PC performance issues that players have been encountering. The work is significant and while we are making good progress on improving performance, it will take some time to ensure that we get the right fixes in place.

The amusement stays occupied for buy on advanced download administration Steam, with a message expressing that "Batman: Arkham Knight will be accessible on SteamOS, Linux and Mac in Fall 2015." For every one of the individuals who figured out how to purchase a duplicate before deals were suspended (in this manner still ready to play the diversion), the first fix amends an outline oversight that kept players from upping a casing rate top, fixes different bugs and crashes, and smooths out execution related issues.
